B2DB — Who said what, where, and when

B2DB Archive & Exclusion Policy

Version 2.0 — 26 August 2026.

What B2DB includes

B2DB records what B2B conferences publicly published: their agendas, sessions, named speakers, and the companies involved. Every record is source-backed — our systems refuse to store an appearance without a link to its public source, and we request an archive snapshot of that source at the moment of capture.

What B2DB excludes

Removal

Anyone listed can have their contact details erased, their profile hidden, or every trace removed, via privacy@b2db.com or the one-click links in any email we send. Removal is enforced by a suppression system that also blocks re-import of the same record in future collection rounds. Requests are logged on receipt and answered within one month, almost always much faster.

What "permanent" means

Removal is permanent within B2DB's systems, including future imports. Search engines cache pages independently, so a removed page can linger in their results until their caches refresh; on request we will assist with search-engine removal processes.

Corrections

Errors of fact — wrong person, wrong role, wrong event — are corrected free, quickly, and with thanks: hello@b2db.com, or claim your profile and correct it directly.
