The 5th World Arthroplasty Congress (WAC 2027) is a two-day scientific meeting on hip and knee arthroplasty held in Brussels, Belgium, on 22–23 April 2027. It is organised by the European Knee Society in partnership with the International Orthopaedic Education Network, The Hip Society, The Knee Society and the European Hip Society, and takes place once every three years. More than sixty-five international experts deliver plenary and deep-dive sessions under the theme "Personalization, Precision, Durability and Sustainability in Arthroplasty", and selected peer-reviewed abstracts are presented on the podium.
