The Conference of the States Parties (CSP) oversees the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention, promotes the Convention's objectives and reviews compliance with the treaty. It is composed of representatives of all Member States of the OPCW, each of which has one vote, and meets annually in The Hague; the Thirty-First Session takes place at the World Forum, The Hague, from 23 to 27 November 2026.
