Customer Alpha is a customer experience event bringing together a cross-industry community of professionals to understand and deliver for customers, covering customer behaviour, the tools and technologies that support decision-making, and strategies for winning and retaining customers. The 2027 edition is announced for May 2027 in London and is co-located with FTT Embedded Finance & Super-Apps, FTT Payments and Future Identity events.
