The 22nd Congress of ECCO (European Crohn's and Colitis Organisation), themed "Causes of IBD", covers Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Its scientific programme, held March 4–6, 2027, is structured around basic science, translational medicine and clinical sessions, including oral presentations of selected abstracts, the announcement of ECCO Fellowships and Grants and summaries of new ECCO Guidelines; an educational programme for ECCO's interest groups (requiring ECCO membership and separate registration) runs beforehand from March 3, alongside an industry exhibition.
