Genome Informatics 2026
2 December 2026 – 4 December 2026
Wellcome Genome Campus Conference Centre, Hinxton, United Kingdom
Genome Informatics 2026 is the 26th meeting in a series that alternates with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, hosted by Wellcome Connecting Science on the Wellcome Genome Campus as a hybrid in-person and virtual conference. It focuses on algorithmic and informatics approaches to understanding genome structure and biology and their application to human health and disease, covering genome assembly, sequence algorithms, variant discovery and functional genomics. Key themes include pangenomes, evolutionary biology, single-cell and spatial omics, microbial methodologies, and genomic insights into cancer and other complex diseases.
