Horecava is a platform for the Dutch foodservice industry supporting hospitality entrepreneurs and decision-makers in food, beverages and out-of-home accommodation. Its annual trade show at RAI Amsterdam is the largest Dutch trade fair for the foodservice sector, attended by around 60,000 hospitality professionals from over 30,000 companies. The 2027 edition, held from 11 to 14 January 2027, marks the show's 70th anniversary.
