IN.SE.CON (International Cybersecurity and Disruptive Technologies Congress) is a congress in Poznań organised by the Polish Ministry of National Defence together with Grupa MTP, bringing together the defence sector, public administration, business and cybersecurity experts around building the resilience of the state and organisations. The 2027 event is the fourth edition, held at Poznań Congress Center on the Poznań International Fair grounds, with programme running in parallel on a Main Stage, a Business and Local Government Stage and a Professionals Stage, plus a new Cyber Deep Dive format of technical sessions and an EXPO area.
