OOP is an annual conference for software architecture held in Munich, aimed at software architects, developers, product owners, agile coaches, IT decision-makers, project leads and testers. The 2027 edition, organised by heise conferences under the motto "Beyond the Hype", runs over four days with up to seven parallel tracks and more than 120 talks, keynotes and workshops covering AI-native software architectures and agentic systems, software architecture in practice, leadership, testing and quality, legacy and innovation, and digital sovereignty, alongside an exhibition of software vendors and IT service providers.
