The Service Desk & IT Support Show (SITS) is an exhibition and free education programme for IT service management, service desk and IT support professionals, returning to ExCeL London on 19–20 May 2027. The organiser describes a programme of over 60 sessions including keynotes, seminars and small-group discussions, alongside demonstrations from 85+ exhibitors. It is co-located with the MSP Show.
