The Stitch Festival is a contemporary craft and textile event held at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, from 18 to 21 March 2027. It brings together 150+ craft brands and independent businesses selling fabric, patterns, kits, yarn and haberdashery, alongside workshops, free demonstrations, catwalk shows, talks, textile displays and the Stitch It! dressmaking competition. The festival was launched in February 2020 by Upper Street Events (part of Immediate Media).
