Held in Barcelona from 3 to 5 November 2026 as part of Smart City Expo World Congress, it covers port decarbonisation and maritime digitalisation, blue finance, ocean technology, biodiversity and coastal resilience through four programmes: Smart Ports: Piers of the Future, the Sustainable Ocean Summit (SOS), the Global Blue Finance Summit (BlueFIN) and the Ocean Innovation Hub for startups.
