The 23rd EAPR Triennial Conference, organised by the European Association for Potato Research (EAPR) and hosted in Edinburgh, Scotland, brings together potato scientists and practitioners to exchange knowledge on breeding, production, protection, storage and utilisation of potato. Under the theme 'Sustainable Potato Production for a Changing World', the programme spans keynote presentations, parallel sessions, poster sessions, workshops and excursions, with over 300 delegates expected.
