Abe Scholten

Abe Scholten is Innovation Manager at PGGM (The Netherlands). With a background in data science and AI development, Abe spent years building models and AI solutions before shifting his focus from technical to organisational innovation: not just what AI can do, but how people can actually work with it safely, responsibly and with real added value. He is the driving force behind PIA, the PGGM Intelligent Agent platform, through which more than 130 task-specific AI agents now support nearly half of the organisation in their daily work. PIA has grown from an internal chatbot into PGGM's central platform for responsible, scalable AI innovation, also serving pension fund PFZW.
