Adele Gingell

Adele Gingell is Director of Impact at Finisterre, where she leads the brand’s impact strategy across product, environment, people and better business. She is also Director of the Finisterre Foundation CIC. Her work spans materials, supply chains and climate. She has led Finisterre through its B Corp recertifications, using each one to push its standards further, and in 2026 Finisterre was one of the first 20 UK businesses certified under B Lab’s new standards. Under her leadership, Finisterre has grown its circular business models, set new climate targets, and strengthened its support for its team, the workers in its supply chain and the ocean communities it’s part of. Adele’s focus is on embedding impact into how Finisterre grows, so that commercial success and long-term impact move in the same direction.
