I’m a biotech founder and scientific leader with over 15 years of experience translating cutting-edge research in cell and gene therapy (CGT), mechanobiology, and regenerative medicine into impactful technologies. My work bridges the gap between complex biology and real-world therapeutic innovation - from building advanced disease models and cell mechanics platforms to advising startups and evaluating EU R&D programs. Currently, I lead Mechanome Bio, where we're pioneering the next wave of mechanomics-driven discovery. Previously, I built R&D functions from the ground up at StemBond and shaped national science policy with the Polonium Foundation. I thrive at the interface of science, strategy, and systems thinking - bringing deep biological insight to tech-enabled therapeutic design and policy that supports scientific diaspora and innovation ecosystems.
