Ailsa Wates is a Change Coordinator within SES. She also works on the innovation strategy with the Wates Group central team. Within SES Ailsa is focused on digital transformation, process improvement, futureproofing and stakeholder engagement. Ailsa works with teams to develop new digital solutions, and embed these changes effectively across the business. Her experience includes developing Digital Solutions, managing innovation and ideation programmes, developing business cases and value prediction models, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. Ailsa is passionate about turning complex challenges into practical, user-focused solutions that deliver measurable business value.
