Aisha Arshad

I’m a Lead Data Engineer at Legal & General with over 10 years’ experience in data and technology. I specialise in designing and delivering modern data solutions using Snowflake, SQL, WhereScape, dbt and AWS technologies. Alongside my technical role, I lead and mentor two data engineers and am passionate about coaching others, particularly women in tech. I’m an active member of Women in Data and Legal & General’s Women in Tech network, where I enjoy mentoring others and championing inclusive communities that help people learn, grow and succeed.
