Ajan Reginald

Ajan serves as CEO of Cardiogeni and of the Genori Cell Therapy Lab. He is an entrepreneur, deal maker and experienced biotechnology CEO with a track record in drug development, biotech transactions and commercialisation. Over 20 years, he has led the acquisition of breakthrough technology and its tranlation into blockbuster medicines as the Roche Global Head of Emerging Technologies (SWX: ROG) and Business Development Director, Roche Pharmaceuticals. He led R&D and sales to generate ~€200M in annual revenue as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Novacyt S.A (LON: NCYT). Ajan is a Fulbright scholar and an alumnus of the University of Oxford (MSc Experimental Therapeutics), Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program), Kellogg Business School (MBA) Northwestern University and University of London (BDS). He has played hockey for England at Masters World and European Championships.
