Al Lee

Al Lee is a Managing Director on the Investment Offers and Solutions team, which is part of the Schwab Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy organization. Al has product offer responsibility for Core Investment Products covering Mutual Funds, ETFs, 529, and Fixed Income. In his role, Al helps shape Schwab's investment platform strategy, balancing client choice, advisor needs, platform economics, and asset manager partnerships to deliver differentiated investment solutions. Prior to Schwab, Al led investment and ETF operations for Hartford Funds, spanning Hartford’s ETF, SMA, and 529 businesses. He helped launch Hartford’s active fixed income ETF and SMA model portfolio offerings. He joined Hartford Funds through an acquisition of Lattice Strategies where he served as Chief Operating Officer.
