Alan Bibb

Alan is a digital transformation leader with 30 years of experience spanning engineering, software and IT leadership across the energy sector. At SSE Thermal, and previously in Oil & Gas, he has held UK and global roles contributing to initiatives that strengthen asset intelligence, improve operational performance and enable new ways of working. Having progressed from electronics engineering through software engineering and IT leadership, Alan brings a combination of technical depth, industrial understanding and strategic perspective. He is particularly interested in how organisations can move beyond technology adoption to turn digital ambition into practical business value.
