Alberto Fernández Torres

Fernández leads the company’s digital strategy and oversees distribution and digital content. He also serves as RTVE’s top representative on matters related to OTT platforms and relationships with third-party platforms. Until this year, Fernández was director of RTVE Play, the OTT platform launched by the company in 2021. In this role, he was responsible for the platform’s content, including This is Not Sweden, RTVE Play’s first original fiction, which won the Prix Europa and Spain’s Ondas Award.
