Alessandra Caggiano

Alessandra Caggiano is an angel investor, two-time founder, and ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience across technology, venture investing, and strategic partnerships. Formerly a Climate Tech Investment Associate at Green Angel Ventures, she is now Strategic Ecosystem Partner at SignalRank, working across European and US venture markets, with a focus on energy-efficient AI and data infrastructure. Alongside investing in early-stage European startups, Alessandra writes Invested Insights, exploring European venture, LP allocations, and the public-capital gap between Europe and the US. She is also the lead researcher for Italy on the Scout Public LP Database, which she is presenting at 0100 International. Originally from Turin, she is based between Berlin, London, and San Francisco.
