I’m passionate about empowering women to thrive in travel, tourism, and hospitality. As founder of Women in Travel CIC, an award-winning social enterprise, I’ve spent the past two decades connecting underserved women+ to meaningful work, entrepreneurship, and opportunity. In 2020, I launched the first International Women in Travel & Tourism Forum in Iceland, where the country’s First Lady delivered the keynote which is now in its 7th year and expanding globally. Recognised as a trailblazer, disruptor, and one of “nine women transforming travel” (Matador Network) I was named TTG’s Diversity Trailblazer 2025 and received further international accolades from the likes of SKIFT and JourneyWoman. I’ve spent 30 years in the sector - initially in strategy and consulting with organisations like the World Travel & Tourism Council and KPMG - and the past 20 years championing gender equity and broader inclusion through my work with Shine and now Women in Travel CIC.
