Alexander Kamyshin

Oleksandr Kamyshin is a prominent Ukrainian executive and government official with extensive experience in strategic industries, investment, and infrastructure management. He began his professional career as an auditor at KPMG, subsequently joining the analytical department of Dragon Asset Management. In 2009, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Karlivka Machine-Building Plant. In 2012, he became an Investment Manager at SCM Holdings, and in 2018, he was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board of Lemtrans, a leading private rail freight operator in Ukraine and part of the SCM Group. In 2019, Mr. Kamyshin left SCM Holdings to become a Managing Partner at FortiorCapital, an investment firm focusing on strategic assets. On August 11, 2021, Mr. Kamyshin was appointed Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC «Ukrainian Railways», the state-owned railway operator.
