Dr. Alex Sevko is an independent translational medicine consultant focused on helping biotechnology and pharmaceutical teams make better-informed drug development decisions through translational science and biomarker-driven strategies. With more than 20 years of experience spanning academic research and biotechnology, she has worked across organisations including DKFZ, Adaptimmune, Prokarium, Infinitopes, and Amphista. Her expertise lies in connecting disease biology, mechanism of action, and patient heterogeneity to generate actionable insights that support clinical development in immuno-oncology. Alex is passionate about understanding why patients respond differently to therapies and translating scientific evidence into smarter development decisions.
