Alexandria is an experienced strategic SEND adviser and school improvement lead. Driven by gaining the right outcomes for our most vulnerable learners Alexandria thrives on increasing the life chances of all children in her care. Alexandria has recent frontline experience in schools particularly supporting colleagues with the changing landscape of enhanced in-house resource provisions as well as delivering content through the Catholic Primary Partnership and as visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton. As a licensed practitioner for MPTA, Alexandria enjoys delivering training offering practical solutions regarding the effective deployment of TA’s and adaptive teaching approaches. Alexandria has led a successful project for a Local Authority called Developing Local Provision which saw transformational progress against outcomes to support SEND learners.
