Ali Saleemi

Ali has worked at Bayer as a PAT lead since 2023, supporting small-molecule, cell and gene therapy, and large-molecule programs. Before joining Bayer, he spent nine years at GSK, industrializing PAT techniques for manufacturing. He completed postdoctoral research with CMAC and a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University, focusing on pharmaceutical crystallization and PAT. Interests include AI and robotics.
