A visionary AI leader, Alice heads up the Agentic AI, AI Foundations and AI Acceleration teams at AXA UK, applying the latest technology to solving real business problems and driving a wider E2E AI-led transformation in Insurance. These teams operate under a start-up model, delivering with agility, speed, and relentless problem-solving intensity to deliver AXA UK's first Agentic AI solutions into production and full scale. Prior to this, Alice stood up the GenAI Center of Excellence for AXA UK, and has enjoyed a diverse career across AI startups, strategy consulting, Sustainability, academia and R&D.
