Alisa Luppova is the CEO and co-founder of Meadow AI, an AI-powered platform that helps brands launch and scale influencer marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Her focus is simple: give brands an AI infrastructure to run influencer campaigns without the manual research, screening and reporting that still eats up most marketing teams' time. Before Meadow, she led TheQuestion, a Quora-style Q&A platform, and NativeRoll, a video advertising platform built for premium publishers. In 2021, together with partners, she founded Polyana, an influencer marketing platform that grew into one of the category's leaders across the CIS. Working in influencer marketing is what convinced her the industry needed real infrastructure, not more manual work - sourcing creators, negotiating deals and reporting on campaigns was still done almost entirely by hand, even at scale.
