She specialises in brain injury, spinal cord injury, and progressive neurological conditions, combining evidence-based rehabilitation with a person-centred approach. Alison has developed and delivered Tai Chi programmes for people with arthritis, neurological conditions, and balance difficulties, demonstrating improvements in balance, confidence, mobility, and wellbeing.
