Aman Mebrahtu

Dr. Aman Mebrahtu is a postdoctoral researcher in systems immunology with a background in protein engineering and therapeutic discovery. He completed his PhD developing multispecific affinity proteins for applications in autoimmune diseases and oncology, combining protein engineering with translational therapeutic design at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, Sweden. His current research focuses on high-dimensional human immunology, using single-cell and spatial proteomic technologies to understand immune-cell communication and identify mechanisms underlying immune dysregulation in inflammatory diseases. By integrating advanced experimental platforms with computational analysis, his work aims to uncover new principles of immune regulation and accelerate the discovery of next-generation immunomodulatory therapies.
