Ami Coutts is the Company Director of Halo Hair Design and has spent the past 20 years building and evolving a highly systemised, seven-figure salon business with a team of 23 employees. With hands-on experience across both the hair and beauty industries, Ami has worked as a beauty therapist, apprentice, stylist and salon owner, giving her a rare understanding of the business from every level.
