Andrea Burchett

Andrea Burchett is Chief Loyalty Officer at Virgin Group, leading the strategy and development of Virgin Red, Virgin’s group-wide customer loyalty programme. She brings extensive experience in complex enterprise transformation, building profitable loyalty businesses, strategic partnerships and delivering customer lifetime value. Andrea joined Virgin in 2022 and took on her current role in September 2023. Previously, she spent 17 years at International Airlines Group, primarily working across commercial, brand, marketing and data at Avios, where she helped shape the programme’s creation and growth.
