Andrea Pezzotti

Andrea Pezzotti is Deputy Global CISO at ING, where he leads the bank’s global Security Operations organization and supports the delivery of its cyber-resilience agenda. His responsibilities encompass intelligence-driven cyber threat management, attack-surface management, security detection and response, and identity and access management, with a strong focus on automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and operational resilience. With a technology and cybersecurity career spanning more than two decades, Andrea has held leadership roles across telecommunications, banking, and pharmaceuticals. His experience includes building and modernizing cybersecurity capabilities across IT and operational-technology environments, with depth in cyber defence, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, penetration testing and adversary simulation, data loss prevention, security engineering, and security automation. At ING, Andrea is also a senior leader within the Cyber R
