Andrew Chow

Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Andrew was a partner in the regulatory practice of WongPartnership LL.P., working on technology risk management and data privacy advisory mandates. Andrew began his career in the financial industry in, setting up the Standard Chartered Bank Singapore Branch’s compliance department. Andrew speaks regularly at seminars organized by ABS, IBF the Wealth Management Institute. He is a committee member of the Compliance working group set up under the auspices of the IBF, and the Co-Chair of the Association of Certified Anti Money-Laundering Specialists Singapore Chapter Board.
