Andrew Galluci

Andrew Gallucci is the Director for Regulatory Strategy at Circle. Prior to Circle, Andrew led the U.S. Treasury Department’s development and implementation of policies on illicit finance, cross-border payments, and financial access in Africa and the Middle East, including on issues related to virtual assets and financial technology. Andrew previously served in various foreign policy capacities across the U.S. government, including doing tours in the Middle East and Europe.
