Andrew Leeds

Andrew Leeds is VP of Home Claims and Chief Claims Officer at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where he has led the claims organization since February 2021. He oversees a regional claims team driving strategic initiatives in AI-enabled claims processing, vendor management, field operations, and claims quality. Before Plymouth Rock, Andrew spent the bulk of his career at Liberty Mutual, progressing from the a business consultant and culminating as an AVP overseeing 425+ property adjusters nationwide. Andrew holds a BA and MBA from Boston College and a CPCU designation. He served as a U.S. Army Infantry Captain in the 10th Mountain Division. He lives in Massachusetts with his family.
