Andy Sutton

Co-founder of Sero and previously its executive director and Chief Innovation Officer, Andy is passionate about making Net Zero homes a reality for everyone. Sero has developed Sero Bright, its model for homes where solar, batteries, heat pumps and smart tariffs are designed in together, so each home can act as a flexible part of the energy system. A chartered architect and past RSAW (Royal Society of Architects in Wales) president, Andy has been delivering low and zero-carbon homes for nearly 30 years. His experience spans leading the design and construction of award-winning schemes, a decade with the BRE (Building Research Establishment), advising government across standards and delivery schemes, and leading some of the UK's biggest Net Zero research projects.
