Anna Dudek

I’ve always been drawn to problems that don’t have an obvious answer. After starting my career in digital analytics and experimentation, I’ve spent the last 12 years using data science, machine learning and experimentation to solve complex problems across marketplaces, payments and fintech. Today I’m a Staff Data Scientist at Monzo, working as part of an internally forward-deployed team building the next generation of AI-powered customer support. I partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to design experimentation and evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered systems, using techniques such as embeddings and behavioural analysis to identify opportunities for automation and improve customer outcomes. I enjoy taking ideas from early concepts through to production and seeing them deliver real impact. I'm also passionate about helping others grow.
