Annasley Park

Annasley Park is a solo Atlantic rower and a speaker on human capacity and mental fortitude. In March 2025, she became the ninth woman in history to row solo, unsupported, and independently across the Atlantic Ocean. Her journey into high-pressure environments began with the Great Britain Cycling Team, where a series of injuries forced her to redefine her direction. After navigating burnout in 2023, she turned her focus to the study of human performance and conscious leadership, ultimately testing these principles during her 54-day crossing from Gran Canaria to Barbados aboard her boat, True Blue. Now an adventurer and speaker, Annasley helps others navigate volatile situations and unlock their potential. She is currently preparing for her next major challenge: a solo, unsupported expedition to Antarctica in support of The Clocktower Foundation.
