Anne-Claire Gerbaldi

Anne-Claire Gerbaldi is the Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Digital, Data and AI Officer at AstraZeneca, where she leads the company’s digital, data and artificial intelligence strategy and its responsible execution across the enterprise. She focuses on driving innovation and delivering measurable business impact at scale across AstraZeneca’s end-to-end value chain, from research and development to commercialisation. Prior to this role, Anne-Claire served as SVP of Global Project and Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development at AstraZeneca. She led R&D project management, pipeline governance, R&D portfolio insights and analytics, and portfolio data and systems. She also oversaw the company’s annual strategy process and led Business Development Operations and Finance, delivering value-driven transactions and strategic partnerships. Anne-Claire joined AstraZeneca in 2018 as Head of Group Planning and Business Performance. Her role later expanded to SVP
