Anselma Foxton is an AI Product Manager at Royal London, responsible for shaping and delivering AI products that create business value. With a background in data science, she specialises in bridging the gap between technical capability and business outcomes, leading products through the entire AI lifecycle, from concept to production. Prior to moving into product management, Anselma built an extensive career in data science across a range of sectors, including The Data Lab Innovation Centre, Virgin Money and Welsh Water. Her experience spans advanced analytics, machine learning and generative AI, giving her a practical perspective on transforming data and AI capabilities into trusted, scalable and impactful products.
