Anton Carniaux

At Microsoft, Anton Carniaux served as Associate General Counsel and General Manager, leading Corporate, External & Legal Affairs in France during three years. In this role, he addressed complex regulatory and public policy matters, including those related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, copyright, privacy, and antitrust. He built strategic partnerships with government and industry stakeholders to advance collaboration and advocacy, while also spearheading Microsoft’s internal AI transformation initiatives and driving AI and cloud adoption among customers. Before joining Microsoft, Anton spent a decade as Vice President and Head of Legal & Compliance at Samsung, where he built and led a team responsible for a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters supporting the company’s B2B and B2C operations.
