Archana Kotecha is a UK-qualified barrister, CEDR-accredited mediator, and a leading voice in business and human rights, with expertise in forced labour, human trafficking, and responsible business conduct. With over 18 years of experience advising UN agencies, governments, businesses, and civil society across Asia, she develops solutions that centre the rights-holder perspective and ensure human rights are embedded in business operations. Archana founded The Remedy Project in 2019 with a mission to influence human rights due diligence and to advise large corporations on grievance mechanisms and remedy frameworks.
