Arne Fleischhacker

Dr. Arne Fleischhacker is an emergency physician and aviation medicine specialist with extensive experience in prehospital emergency care and helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS). As part of ADAC Air Rescue Medical Operations, his clinical and operational focus includes the management of time-critical emergencies, severe trauma, pediatric emergencies, interhospital critical care transports, and quality development in air rescue systems. His professional interests encompass patient safety, crew resource management (CRM), human factors, medical training and simulation, as well as the integration of air rescue into modern, quality-oriented emergency care networks. Dr. Fleischhacker is actively involved in education and training programs for emergency medical personnel and regularly lectures on current developments in emergency medicine, air rescue operations, and healthcare system transformation.
