Ashley Shih

Ashley Shih is a biomedical scientist by training with over a decade of experience in the business side (not the dark side!) of the biomedical industry. She is currently driving growth for PHC Europe’s disruptive product line, tailored for advanced cell analysis and automated cell culturing solutions. As the CGT business manager, Ashley champions the unique value of these cutting-edge technologies through public engagements and collaborates closely with partners to accelerate their commercialization. She brings extensive expertise in the commercialization of biotech and medical innovations. Before joining PHC Europe, Ashley worked at a Dutch biotech-pharmaceutical startup, where she led fundraising efforts and managed strategic partnership discussions. Prior to that, she served as a Product Manager, overseeing integrated marketing for a diverse portfolio of knowledge-based medical products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals.
