Aya Tarabeine

Aya Tarabeine is a Business Development Manager at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, where she leads commercial development for Cydem VT across Europe, supporting biopharma and biotechnology teams in cell line development, clone screening and early process development. Her work focuses on helping upstream and CLD teams evaluate how controlled, high-throughput mini-bioreactor data can strengthen decision-making before scale-up, improve workflow efficiency and support more confident candidate selection. Aya brings a strong background across life sciences commercial strategy, customer workflow development and bioprocessing technologies, with prior experience at Sartorius and an academic foundation from University College London.
