Extensive experience spans the design, generation, purification, and characterization of ADCs and related bioconjugates, with a strong focus on developing robust platforms that support therapeutic discovery and progression. Deep technical expertise includes purification strategies, analytical characterization, and in vitro stability assessment, enzyme assay development, biophysical characterization which enables comprehensive evaluation of conjugate quality, performance, and developability. This work is underpinned by a strong understanding of structure–function relationships and the application of enabling technologies to optimize conjugation approaches, improve molecular properties, and support the advancement of next-generation therapeutic bioconjugates.
