Banu Ortaç is the Founder and Director of Onuss Technology and the creator of Rotamen and Lucy AI, a living Operational Intelligence framework designed to learn how complex field operations make decisions and continuously improve them. Since founding Onuss Technology in 2002, she has spent more than two decades analyzing real-world operational decision-making — with the understanding that mathematical optimization alone is not enough in the field. Human heuristics, changing priorities, uncertainty and operational experience all influence what actually works.
